Within the Paris Fashion Week 2024, the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Best of Fashion Awards led the strategic and operational executive direction of a runway show during one of the most important fashion weeks in the world, ensuring technical excellence and professional rigor on one of the most demanding stages in international fashion.
The presentation brought together 7 brands, nearly 80 runway looks, and more than 30 models, in front of an estimated audience of 100 invited guests. Positioned within one of the most competitive environments in the global fashion industry, the show required operational precision, multicultural coordination, and a technical standard aligned with the expectations of Paris Fashion Week.
The executive director was responsible for model coordination, runway direction, backstage supervision, operational strategy, and overall management of the event flow. This included brand alignment, sequencing of runway entries, time control, integration of technical teams, and the maintenance of aesthetic and structural cohesion throughout the presentation.
One of the most distinctive elements was the presence of a team composed of more than 60 Brazilian professionals working in the capital of French fashion, demonstrating international leadership capability, large-scale team management, and efficient coordination in a highly demanding environment.
The show featured both emerging designers and established brands, expanding creative diversity and increasing the complexity of executive management. The leadership required balance between aesthetic identity, runway rhythm, and international professional standards.
Serving in executive direction during Paris Fashion Week represents more than participation in an international event it reflects practical experience in operational leadership within one of the most relevant fashion weeks in the world.
This experience strengthens the technical, strategic, and institutional foundation that supports the Best of Fashion Awards, demonstrating real capacity for direction, coordination, and delivery in highly competitive global environments.
